Wait, there’s more to UX research than Interviews and A/B testing? One of the recent questions reminded me that UX fundamentals are something that is still worth covering. The user research parts are some of the most complex parts of the UX design and that’s why the majority of the growing designers default to the old and trusted methods without exploring the fool toolkit that can make their design much more informed. In this video, I’ll quickly unpack some of the methods any UX designer or researcher needs to know in order to do user experience projects justice.
