When it comes to every UX case study I’ve reviewed in the past one clear theme that makes it or breaks it is if the UX designers approach the problems from the right place. In this video, I’ll unpack a few thoughts on why setting your user research or UX design project from the start is critical to the UX case study outputs. The results are directly dependent on product or service designer mindset and framing, but can easily be optimised to focus on user experiences over product design.
