The other day I got a quick message asking for a sanity check – is finding a UX job a numbers game? One of the midweight user experience designers who has been interviewing with over 10 different companies but without a great outcome. I can guarantee that majority of designers and UX researchers will face the same challenges at some point in their careers. Facing such countless outcomes does not mean that it’s all about the numbers – the expectations, standards, skills play a much bigger role in this.
