The other day I helped one of the people I coach in UX to figure out how to easily assess between UX job offers they received. It came down to 3 root factors that I thought would also benefit any other growing or established designer who might find themselves at the crossroads. I’ll also share a few cautionary tales from the past, that could help you position yourself best in the next UX, product design, or user research role.
