In this video, I’m happy to revisit the Diablo Immortal game as a product design and development saga. In the past, I’ve covered this case as one of the prime examples that were summoned with a lack of appropriate user research and received an immediate backlash. Years later though there’s yet another questionable product customer experience decision that threatens otherwise great game’s adoption.
