Alright time to address the recent wave of requests to cover the UX cover letter question. How should you write one? and should you even bother writing one? As a UX team and hiring manager, I have to review a ton of applications and could count only a few instances of encountering cover letters in the process. Did they make a difference?

In this video, I’ll explain a few things to consider in terms of investing time in the writing process, as well as share my cover letter from the past used in an actual job application over half a decade ago.
